CHC is governed primarily by an elected Board of Trustees, who are selected for one or two-year terms according to the wishes of the
voting body. Meetings, activities, events and agendas are organized by elected Officers serving one-year terms. Chairpersons are chosen by CHC leadership to manage ongoing efforts of strategic or logistical interest.
